Hillyard 1933 Bermudan Sloop
Windflower is a classic canoe-sterned, long keeled Bermudan sloop, built by David Hillyard in Littlehampton in 1933. She's pitch pine on oak with teak / mahogany superstructure and interior, with most of her original charm remaining. In recent years she has been awfully neglected in previous ownership and is now in need of a lot of work. She was last in the briny about 10 years ago. She has a Yanmar engine (unknown condition) plus an array of marine electronics (log, depth sounder, autopilot, satnav, compass), again condition unknown. Since arriving in my care I have securely tarped her o... read more

1956 Hillyard Masthead Cutter 38
These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered. Nothing like a vintage wooden boat and this is a fine example! She has that classic eye pleasing rake about her and the canoe stern really embellishes this. Standing proudly, surrounded by all the plastic boats, she oozes character and class. Built in 1956, you would think she's an end of the glory era of yacht design and construction. However, David Hillyard, Ltd. continued building boats for over 50 more years, testimony to the breed! Much time, money, and LOVE has brought this boat to her ... read more
