The engine has been fully serviced annually. The motor has also been winterised each year when Twiglet is stored ashore. It starts on the button and is super reliable.
The sails are fine but are not new or recent, and whilst perfectly good for cruising, I suspect that they would not cut it for a keen racer (not me!).
The standing rigging is in perfect condition, there is nothing needed. The running rigging is also in very good condition.
