Arguably the most successful of the folkboat derived yachts, they are now becoming highly sought after. 'Pitti Sing' is fundamentally in sound condition, with a good engine, but requires an internal refit (wiring, gas and heads) to give her a new lease of life. There is a 2017 survey available on request.
