Description

The Snapdragon 29 is designed and built by Thames Marine. She is a bilge keel yacht with encapsulated keels so there is no need to worry about keel bolts.
Bilge keel yachts give you the opportunity for drying out in harbours and on beaches and also to use drying moorings which are less expensive than marina moorings. She also has a deck stepped mast on a tabernacle, therefore the mast can be lowered without the need to utilise a crane and she can be used on canals and inland waterways. She has a good sized cockpit.
She is fitted with a 28hp Beta Marine diesel engine which gives a top speed of 7.5 knots under power.
The accommodation comprises of a forward cabin with 2 single berths which can be converted into a double. The heads are to port with a hanging locker opposite. In the main saloon there is a dinette table which converts to a double with a settee berth opposite. The galley is located to starboard with a quarter berth opposite.
She is a lot of boat for the price.
