Originally Chimp, she first owned by Jonathan Leggett at West Mersea, who missed out on winning the 1979 championship by a quarter of a point , she became Beeste under the ownership of Charles Penfold, who took her to multiple championship wins in the 1980s and 1990s, becoming one of the most successful Impalas of all time
Campaigned successfully at the Scottish Series in 2011 coming 2nd for Stuart Lockwood
