Description

Sunrise is a meticulously maintained example of this well regarded cruising yacht. She is the popular bilge keel, inboard engine variant and is fully equipped and ready to go. The photographs shown are a true representation of her current condition. Her sails have been fully washed and serviced and her engined professionally serviced and winterised annually by Mylor Harbour Marine Team. Rigging has been appraised and serviced annually by Mylor Chandlery & Rigging with running rigging replaced as required. The boat comes with many years of history showing diligent maintenance. Currently ashore and available for viewing at Mylor Harbour with mast and boom currently stowed in rigging store.

Accommodation

The accommodation is very tidy and in good order with coordinated soft furnishings, carpet and window covers. Described as a 6-berth (but you'd need to be close friends!) She has double bunks aft and forward with singles either side of the folding table. Well equipped with a 2 ring gas hob with oven and grill, Galley sink, cool box, chart table, LED Cabin light plus additional cabin lighting, heads with door, sea toilet with sink.

Construction

The GRP Hull and fittings are in good condition for the age of the vessel, however there is some spidering of the GRP in places. The hull was professionally sandblasted and antifouled during the winter 2018 and has been newly antifouled ready for the season.

Sunrise is well equipped with: VHF Radio, Anchor, fenders, warps, boat hook, flagpole, navigation lights.

Engine(s)

The Yanmar1GM10 has been professionally serviced and winterised annually since we took ownership in 2017 with any 'advisories' always attended to. She has both starter and leisure batteries and a solar panel. The engine has no known faults and whilst old has always proved reliable. Recently installed no maintenance stern gland.

Sails & Spars

Main and genoa both in good condition. Since we took ownership in 2017 both sails professionally washed and serviced each year with a new UV strip recently fitted. The main falls into a stack pack whilst the jib furler has recently been renewed with a Harken furler. Mast and boom both professionally checked and serviced this winter with haliards replaced as required.
