The Beneteau First 310 is a popular, fast family cruiser with a clear deck layout and has a comfortable living space featuring two cabins and a saloon. The aft cabin and heads in particular are both generously sized cabins for the size of the boat. She was lifted in August and had the hull washed and antifouled, prop and shaft burnished and greased and new anodes were fitted. New standing rigging 2020. The yacht is currently ashore having a full Hot Vac treatment and Henpel Epoxy coat. This could allow for antifoul or Copper coat to the new owner's requirements.
