The C34 was Sweden Yachts’ inaugural model and established the brand’s reputation. Solo is an outstanding example and has been meticulously maintained over the years. An extensive list of additional equipment has been added over the past 6 years including a new Volvo D1 30hp and saildrive. The inventory includes Jeffa direct drive autopilot, B&G/Raymarine electronics package with Vespa send/recieve AIS, calorifier with hot and cold pressurised water and Eberspacher diesel heater.
With an easy motion in a seaway she offers that rare combination of good looks, spacious and practical accommodation in a sea-kindly hull. The self-draining cockpit is a good size and deep with a wheel steering pedestal. A table folds out from the pedestal for al-fresco dining.
Below decks the linear galley with U shaped sofa opposite provides a practical layout. There is plenty of storage and both forward and aft berths have ample length for someone over 6ft tall.
Over the 6 years that we have owned her, Solo has served our needs incredibly well, taking us as far as the Scillies and Britanny but we are now ready to extend our horizons further afield and plan to spend more time aboard and so it is with genuine regret that we have chosen to pass Solo on to new custodians to take her on the next exciting chapter in her life.
