In very good condition. The hull has been rubbed down for a repaint to be completed asap (weather permitting) or cost adjusted in the asking price by negotiation with buyer. 5 Berths / 2 cabins. Full electronics package & full sail wardrobe. Beta 28 HP Engine (New 2008). Current owners are keen sailors & have sailed Spruce every season since purchasing & refurbishing her in 2016. Spruce is on hard stand since end season 2023, well maintained & ready to go back in the water. We absolutely love this boat. Reluctantly decided to sell her as we need a tad more space & have now purchased a similar classic style, yawl rigged Nic 40.
