The vessel is an anchor handling towing supply vessel(AHTS) which adopts dual units and dual paddle propulsion that can carry various kinds of supplies such as fuel oil, fresh water, drilling water, mud, brine, crude oil, dry powder and deck cargo, etc. and carry out anchor handling work. It is a multi-function vessel equipped with supply, towing , dynamic positioning （DP2）and First Grade Fire Fighting System (Fi-Fi) function which main motor power is 9000KW.
Power is via 2 x Yanmar 8N330-EW 4500hp via 2 x CAT MP955 CPP. 2 x Cat 625kw and 2 x CAT 500kw Thrusters. Main Crane is 5t, 17m.
