Here we have a very modern and well constructed lightweight yacht from a respected Polish yard. Conceived as a trailer sailor with lifting keel and rudder, our example has a fixed fin with torpedo bulb. This enhances her ballast, stability and upwind performance but inhibits her trailing possibility. She is clean and dry and though facilities are basic she would be suitable for coastal, estuaries and inland waters for cruising or club racing. Her Design Category C means that she is designed for inshore waters with wind speeds up to F6 and wave heights up to 2 mtrs. She might very well suit a ... read more

This is an extremely well presented example of a classic yacht. She has been upgraded by her owners including the fitting of a new engine, new sails, cockpit covers and upholstery. She is also professionally maintained. She has a cosy comfortable cabin with brass oil lamps. There is a forward berth and 2 settee berths . The heads is a good size as is the galley and there is a collapsible chart table under the bunk, She is a sea kindly yacht that sails well and is easy to handle. I have known this boat for many years and known a number of her owners and she has been well cared for and maintain... read more

One owner yacht from new, this is a well cared for example of the Oceanis Clipper 281. A modern yacht that could sleep six at a pinch but perfectly suited to a couple with a junior crew. Light and airy below, wide side decks and an uncluttered foredeck topside, she should be comfortable for coastal and cross channel work in reasonable conditions and I was already dreaming of the Greek Islands as I shot the photos! These yachts have a reputation for being fun to sail, are easily handled and quick and nimble. What more could one ask? These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on th... read more

Designed and built by Chris Butler, and sailed single handed by him in both the Azores and Back in 1975 and the 1976 OSTAR, the Achilles 9m proved herself as a thoroughly competent and seaworthy cruising design as well as being a competitive racer. In fact her successor, the 840, won her class (under 30ft) in both those races in 1984, helmed once again by her builder/designer. Our example here is elderly but sound, and better maintained and presented by her owner than many of her contemporaries. A new owner would no doubt wish to add some modern electronics and a simple solar panel if sailing ... read more

Comments from the owner:- This is the background to the building of the racing catamaran " Lilly". Having been a keen racer on the Dart 18 circuit for five years I wanted to race a bigger vessel. Nothing suitable was available. I knew Derek Kelsall and liked his designs and decided to build the KSS-R-30 to his plans. Construction began in an environmentally controlled industrial unit in Abbergavenny in 2004. Building went ahead, to the designer's specifications, using 12mm Airex foam as the core of his Kelsall Swiftbuild Sandwich technique. After dry fitting the hulls were transported to Mul... read more

Our Cox 27 is a fine example of this well constructed and well maintained little motor sailor. Given her size she would make a splendid family cruiser for coastal and cross channel passages, with a degree of shelter and comfort that any pure sail boat (eg Centaur and more recent derivatives) couldn't hope to match. Like all Cox Marine products she was well designed and craftsman built at the outset and this shows in her having stood the test of time so well. She is currently in commission and afloat at Neyland Marina, Pembroke and close offers are invited. These boat details are subject to c... read more

I have known this Mirage 28 and her owners since she was new. She has been well cared for throughout her life and is in reasonable condition for her age. She is an easy boat to sail and handle. The accommodation comprises of a double berth in the forward cabin with the heads to port and a hanging locker opposite. In the saloon starboard side there is a settee berth and the galley with a large chart table and quarter berth opposite. There is ample space for the family and she is currently in the water ready for your inspection. These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on th... read more

The Fisher 34 is one of the best known and highly regarded traditional Motor Sailors built in Britain. Our example has been in the same ownership, by a knowledgeable and keen yachting couple, for over twenty years and is now reluctantly offered for sale after they spent a considerable sum to address modern survey requirements. She has a recent survey and a Gas Safety Certificate from August 2018 and her standing and running rigging were replaced by Ratsey's at the start of the 2018 season. All sea cocks have been either renewed or serviced as required and anodes likewise. She is in excellent o... read more

Westerly Yachts were the premiere British yacht builder of the late 70's to the 90's.They were sought after because of the quality of build and the designs. The Westerly Riviera is based on the same hull as the Tempest and Seahawk but offers the benefit of a wheelhouse. She can be helmed from the cockpit or the pilothouse, a big bonus for night passages or bad weather. She is easy to sail as she has inmast furling and a furling genoa all of which can be operated from the cockpit. The accomodation comprises of a large stern cabin with a double berth and an ensuite shower and toilet. The pilot ... read more

Developed from the twin dagger board keeled Red Fox and designed by David Thomas, this Hunter twin keeled 20 footer is a modern, easily handled and easy to live with bilge keeler with attractive lines and surprisingly spacious accommodation; even to the extent of packing in a separate if compact heads compartment. Even better to my mind she comes with a smart inboard diesel for punching tides or moving when the wind drops, but under sail her clean lines and substantial beam should offer satisfying sailing for the enthusiastic yachtsman or woman! A four wheeled well maintained braked trailer... read more
