By the late eighties the mould was worn out and an injection of cash and enthusiasm was needed. That was when Brian Kennell (Shipwright and Boatbuilder) acquired the mould and rights to produce the Smacks Boat. Since then he has been steadily building Smack...

Remarks :
Nerissa is a traditional pretty day sailer deisgned by Micheal Webb and custom built by Wooton Bridge Traditional Boat Builders IOW in 2005 for the current owner. Quite simply she is similar to a Cornish Shrimper, but a classic wooden build for the purest sailer. Very well maintained with new standing rigging in 2021 a new Beta Marine engine and new teak decks in 2017. This beautifully crafted wooden vessel is now in need of a new guardian who is willing to just touch up some of the exterior woodwork and paint. A rare opportunity to own a unique historical craft. She is an absolute ...
