The Snapdragon 890 is a well planned family cruiser ideal for exploring shallow waters of the East Coast and beyond.

This particular example was updated in 2015 with new in-mast furling mainsail, furling genoa and copper coat to hull with batteries replaced in 2018.

Accommodation

The accommodation offers up to six berths in two cabins with approximately 5'10 headroom. V berth forward with infill creating a double with storage below. Heads to port with Jabsco marine toilet and sink with cold pumped water supply. Hanging locker opposite to starboard. Saloon with settee berth to starboard, storage behind and below and L shaped dinette to port with drop down table, storage behind and below, quarter berth aft. L Shaped Galley to starboard aft with two burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven, sink with cold pumped water supply and plenty of storage. Curtains. Blue patterned fabric upholstery. Teak and holly effect cabin floor.

Construction

Built in 1973 by Thames Marine to their own design. Dark blue painted GRP hull with style stripes and hardwood painted rubbing strake. White and grey GRP superstructure with moulded in non-slip to decks. Twin keels with encapsulated ballast. Skeg hung rudder. Tiller steering. Aft self draining cockpit. Anchor locker. Gas locker.
