Down below she is very clean, dry and tidy. The cushions are like new and really nice soft durable fabric. The woodwork is fresh and unworn. Work surfaces are good.
Standard type accomodation. Working backwards from the bow; Chain locker, large double V-berth up forward with hatch above the rubber seals of which are very good and not perished.
Loads of storage room below the cushions. Sliding door to heads which has an excellent hand pump properly looped up over sea-level inside a large hanging locker with no mould or mildew, shower and sink unit with both cold water hand pump and pressurised hot and cold water taps also. Both shower and sink have an electric pump for emptying. Mirror and cupboard above sink.
Second sliding door to main saloon with seating area to port round a table which converts to double. There are lockers with sliding doors above and dedicated drinks storage with holes for bottles etc. Starboard there are two single berths.
All berths have large storage compartments underneath.
Two lovely brass parrafin lamps mounted on main bulkhead as well as electric lights throughout the boat all of which work.
Stern facing chart table to port with instruments (see list under 'Equipment') and large lift up table cover for chart storage below.
Shore power mains switch box and sockets with15m cable (all new March 2025) and double 3 pin plug socket. Lookout seat to port by the hatchway with large hanging wet locker behind and the three batteries below. One is a dedicated windlass battery topped up by trickle charge from solar panel mounted on deck. Two large main batteries for engine start and leisure with independent on/off switches.
There is cupboard access to the hydraulic fluid filler cap.
Steps to hatchway which remove for access to the engine.
To starboard is the galley with two burner gas and grill, work surfaces all around and cupboards facing and below.
Cutlery drawer with cutlery.
Large cold storage fridge.
Sink with two hand pump, one fresh water one raw water plus two electric pumped hot and cold water taps.
Below the sink is secondary access to engine and all water piping and water filters (new March 2025). There is a light socket with bulb in the area which gives excellent light and a plug socket run from shore power.
The headlining is all in excellent order and clean.
