Morgan Out Island 41 Motor Yacht ‘ from Catalina (USA). The Morgan Out Island 41 was one of the most popular Ocean cruising yachts ever produced in the USA with over 1000 being built between 1972 and 1982.
Jo-Lene is well equipped for long term live aboard use and ideal for long term cruising. Her relatively shallow hull draft would get her through many of the European canals and inland waterways.

A deep moulded open centre cockpit, the helm plinth centrally mounted position with steering wheel. Two companionways (fore and aft), surround moulded bench seating with removable cushioning and beneath them large stowage lockers. Helm podium has navigation aids attached, the engine controls and a bow thruster remote. Forward on the dash. under and feed through the awning are deck winches and sheet breakers, all can be worked from the cockpit, keeping helm and crew out of the elements. The vessel can be easily controlled single handedly.

The hull construction of solid polyester laminate with fibreglass matt and woven roving. The internal hull structure consisted of cored fibre glass floor stringers, partitions, plywood bulkheads and joinery bonded to the hull and deck moulding.
