Excellent condition Fin keel with 1.5m draft and wheel steering .Our boat is regularly sailed on the south coast and across channel to France and the Channel Islands, she is ready to go anywhere now .Only selling as we are upgrading to larger .Parity is in lovely condition and is maintained regardless of cost .She benefits from a full cockpit enclosure which is wonderful extra space when at anchor or in the marina .

Last season she had all seacocks replaced with Trukit composite valves and also the 5.5m of Sanitation hoses replaced which is a major job on a Moody 31.All house and starter batteries were replaced in 2024 . The previous year was stern gland and replacement fuel tanks . In our 4 years of ownership we have spent on average 5K per year on upgrades and improvements for which we have every single receipt available .

Parity is a fast and comfortable cruising boat with exception sea keeping when the weather turns bad . She is currently in Poole and available for viewing . Moorings will be paid up until April 2026 and summer moorings are available .

Parity is in excellent condition upholstered throughout in original Blue fabric . Sleeps 2 in the fore cabin , 2 in the aft cabin and 2 sea berths in the main saloon fitted with lee cloths .

Can also sleep 2 in the cockpit when the enclosure is erected .
