Due to a change in circumstance we are now selling our Jouet 1040 which has been a much loved part of the family and has been left to its own devices for too long so now needs some TLC and a new home.
This boat is a deckhouse saloon so has lots of headroom beamy, with two steering positions it was our home for 18 months in Cardiff bay.
It has a reconditioned engine which has only done 8 hours (35hp Volvo)
New fixed rigging four years ago and never sailed plus sails were refurbished then .

Steps from cockpit lead down into main cabin with the galley to port and the main seating area to starboard a door on the port side leads aft to the rear cabin, the internal steering position is in the centre of the boat just aft of the forward bulkhead and navigation station is next to the steering position. The heads and fore cabin are forward of the main bulkhead.
Boat is made from GRP mouldings with the hull being a combined heavy single layer with a GRP sandwich construction ablve the water line with top hat shaped reinforcements supporting the engine and stern
