Accommodation

Originally the accommodation was designed to have six people on board. But in reality this would be one heck of a squeeze. I have removed the aft cabin mattress and currently use the area as storage space. I have also reduced the table size to make the seating and sleeping area more roomy. So there is plenty of space for two adults and two smaller people (in the fore section) The galley area comprises of a gas cooker that has two rings, grill and oven. The toilet area has a sink with vanity mirror and a Jabsco marine toilet.

Construction

Built 1987 with Fibre glass construction with twin fin keels. Ayesha has space for 6 people at a squeeze. However the rear sleeping compartment is used for storage. All lines lead aft for short hand or solo sailing. Survey done in 2016 available for viewing. I purchased her in 2017. Since buying her I have had numerous upgrades done to virtually everything including the electrics (completely rewired in 2020).

Equipment

New Sprayhood fitted September 2021, Spray-dodgers, StackPack and LazyJacks fitted November 2017. New Genoa fuller and forestay fitted April 2018. All in very good condition. 60w Solar panel fitted April 2018 (on a good sunny day this will keep the leisure battery topped up whilst running instruments and an electric cool box!). Marine FM Radio with speakers and Bluetooth connection. There is also a bracket for a rail mounted BBQ (included) for those summer evenings anchored in a quiet creek somewhere. There are numerous small extra's included with the boat as well.

Navigation Equipment

ST100 Auto Helm. Garmin 516 Chart Plotter with sd card updated in 2021 (through hull depth sounder incorporated) also separate Nasa marine depth sounder. All navigation lights working. There is also a Nasa windspeed/direction indicator. However, this does not work and has never been used.

Engine(s)

New Yanmar 1GM10 installed Feb 2022 with currently 70 hours running time since. Also: New shaft seal - Engine water intake with remote strainer - Shaft coupling - Anti syphon pipe while engine being installed by Ramsgate Marine Ltd. Recent Starter and leisure batteries 2019 and 2020. Both in good condition

Sails & Spars

Battened Dacron Mainsail with two reefing positions fitted November 2017. Fractional rig with Genoa . Also a cruising chute (never used)

Safety Equipment

Seago 2 man inflatable liferaft (due for service in 2024) two lifejackets and one harness. MOB retriever grab bag and line. LED emergency flashing beacon. Jackstays. Standard Horizon Fixed VHF radio with GPS and DSC Installed March 2022. Short range Cobra Handheld VHF Radio.
