Some nice modifications that make this particular example a little different are:
- Full cockpit enlcosure
- Anchor chain hose moved from fore-cabin so chain drops directly into separate chain locker
- Engine access hatch in cockpit sole allows easy access to the top & back of the engine & gearbox
- Navik self-steering windvane
- Wind generator

Mainsail: 1 in good condition, 1 original (poor) - slab reefing with lazyjacks
1x Genoa, 1x No1, 1x No3, 1x Storm Jib (all hank-on)
1x spinnaker + spinnaker pole

Engine:
Raw-water cooled Bukh DV10 (ca. 1992)

Electronics:
NASA Depth gauge in cockpit
Wind instrument (not operational as top vane missing)
Battery charger (Victron Energy)

2x Batteries (House battery replaced 2023)

12.5kg CQR anchor with 40m of 6mm galvanised steel chain (I believe DIN766)
