She's been in my ownership for the past 22 years.
Fully rebuilt and commissioned sum 20 years ago, following a lengthy spell on the hard. ( some 15 years). Full details available on request, supported by photographs. Including new keel bolts, new oak floors etc. entire new cockpit, coach roof etc…
I've just completed a major overhaul over the last 4 years ( part time!) on the hard.
She is rot free and leak free and ready for a new adventure
Do not mistake this for one of the many aging wooden yachts out there that are down on their luck having been neglected and abandoned to their fate. This little folkboat is fully restored. I’ve worked on her for 20 years. I know every inch of her. Inside and out. Structurally she is totally sound. Aesthetically superb.
The only area that lets her down are the sails. They are all past their best and would benefit from a new suit .
Recent work carried out :
New yanmar GM10 diesel engine
Mikuni diesel night heater installed
New aft deck in marine ply
Glass and epoxy deck covering for the entire deck
New bespoke bronze horse.
New stainless chain plates
ReRe corked with synthetic caulking bellow the waterline
New diesel tank ( Vetus)
Currently afloat in a dock adjacent to the yard. She has taken up very well. She is very watertight ( for a wooden boat)

By negotiation. I have a spare Selden anodised mast complete with gold anodised boon, and standing rigging. Also available is a good condition main sail and serviceable genoa. These have come off another folkboat. The standing rigging may need some adjusting to fit.
Well maintained interior with port and starboard settee berths in saloon.

Forepeak with heads and stowage. With cushions to make a double berth
Galley with double burner paraffin stove, sink unit with cold water pump from 4 gallon removable fresh water tank.
Again by separate negotiation, I have a bespoke heavy duty road trailer built for folkboats. this is also fully restored and in great condition. fitted with commercial tyres running on landrover stub axles and with hydraulic breaks.
Please note I will not sell this separately until the boat has sold and the buyer will have first refusal on this..
I'm looking for the right buyer to take on this much loved boat. Any serious discussions will need to take place following a face to face meeting and viewing. No exceptions
