Barcelona- all year sailing is possible almost always sun and many degrees calcium. Place is not tourist accecable so you can enjoy a company of sailors and those who are in love with yachts, boats, dingy.
I am a mechanic who was doing militance work for Beta marine engine which is installed 2000 and I be happy to aid in case of something goes down.
