Designed by Dick Carter and built by Northshore yachts in 1978. The concubine is a fast cruiser/ racer 3/4 ton racing yacht in her pedigree.
She has 6 to 7 berths, 2 in the forepeak, a double plus a single in the main saloon together with a pilots berth at the nav Station and a narrow sea berth above the single in the saloon.
She has 9 sails, including - main, Genoa, storm jib, Radial cut spinnaker, Fan cut spinnaker, Compensator plus 2 other sails. 1 spinnaker pole and 1 booming out pole.
The Hull has had full osmosis treatment and has full paper work from the company that undertook the work.
The galley has a plastimo cooker, 2 burners a oven and grill. It has a microwave when plugged in to shore power.
