'Sunshine' has had 3 owners from new, and never been chartered. She is for sale only due to current owners wishing to trade up to a bigger boat. As the accompanying photos and inventory show, Sunshine has been lovingly maintained by all her owners and is very well provided with up to date equipment. She is offered for sale already perfectly set up for cruising and/or living aboard in the Med. With her fully battened main she points high and sails well, and with her superior fit-out, additional deck cushions, 2 heads and generous stowage she offers comfortable accommodation inside and out for a crew of up to 7 in 3 double cabins plus saloon.

Sunshine has been well maintained throughout her life, with full service contract with Sailand for 6 years, and sails maintained by Waypoint and in good condition. Her Volvo Penta D1 30B engine (2890 hours) has just been serviced.
Recent upgrades and additions made by the present owner include new Victron solar panels 2 x 115w (2020), 4 new 110 amp Wega batteries (2020), new diesel filter system (2020). USB ports in each area inc cabins (2019). Fridge temperature control system (2020). LED lighting throughout, inc mood lighting in saloon, 2 x VHF.

This is a turnkey boat with everything you need for safety, efficiency and comfort, including Hercules 2.4m dinghy, Honda 2.3hp outboard and loads of spares, tools and extras. Accommodation is in 3 double cabins: front V berth with en suite; 2 doubles aft with separate heads. Both heads with Jabsco manual pump toilets, and showers with hot and cold pressurised water. Holding tanks 50L (connected only in forward heads).

Construction

Fin keeled sloop with aft cockpit and stepped transom. Hull, deck and coach roof in GRP with white gelcoat finish. Hull is sound and dry with no water collecting in the bilges.
Cast iron fin and bulb keel.
GRP spade rudder.
Aluminium Volvo Saildrive, seal due to be replaced (but in good condition with no sign of water ingress)
Fixed 3 blade prop.
