Accommodation:
Forward cabin has a classic V berth with an in fill to make a full double, to port is a small vanity sink and to starboard a hanging cupboard and storage units. A door leads through to the main saloon which has a dinette to port and a settee berth to starboard. Either side of the companionway is the galley to port and chart table and heads compartment to starboard. Access to the aft cabin is through a door beside the galley.

The Sigma 362 is the ideal size for a real crusier/racer she offers an excellent accommadation layout and was well built. The teak interior finish offers a warm and friendly feel for those dark evenings. As a sailing boat she is fast and responsive and with a new set of sails she would be still competative.

A great Offshore One Design class for cruising and racing. Sigmatic 2 is an excellent cruising boat with a good turn of speed, good results at both club racing or handicap racing, and also great as family cruiser. The accommodation consistes of seven berths in two cabins from forward there is a classic Vee berth with infill this is seperated from the saloon by a midships heads compartment and hanging locker. The saloon has a L shaped dinette area to port. This converts to a double berth to starboard there are two single berths a further pilot berth is situated under the cockpit seating on the port quarter.

Sigma 33 OOD are popular cruiser/racer class which have a strong and active class association. In recent years the class had had a revival and are now regarded as a classic boat that’s fun to race, comfortable to cruise and not to costly run and maintain. This vessel has been in its current ownership since 1992 and has only been used for family cruising with the occasional round the island race. She is fairly original to when she was built and so some updating would be required if she was to be used for class racing however she offers a good base from which to start. |
