DIMENSIONS 26 x 13.9 x 2.3 AIR DRAUGHT 8.4 mast down, HULL BUILT BY AQUARIUS MARINE, PORTHLEVEN 1980, FITTED OUT BY SAILCRAFT BRIGHTLINGSEA 1980, ENGINES - PETTER DIESEL 6 HP 2 of, RECONDITIONED 2008 plus YAMAHA 15HP 2 STROKE OUTBOARD FULLY SERVICED 2009. Fuel 2 x 16 Gallon tanks + 2 x 5 gallon cans. Range 600m. SAILS – cutter rigged roller genoa staysail, slab main cruising chute, main sail together with batons brand new never used. Surveyed 2007, insured with Yachtsman Euromarine. Hull in perfect condition. Electrics 240V. Waterproof 30ma trip + 2 6 or 10amp rcd’s, 6 double sockets, 12v – 4 truck batteries, marine charger battery switch, twin solar panels, gas twin bottles in vented anchor locker with hatches to saloon to turn off gas. Hull rubbed down osmosis treated, painted, cockpit repainted and revarnished, new lewmar ocean ports in stern cabins and galley, plastimo ports in heads and chart. All seacocks stripped and serviced, echo and log tranducers serviced. Deck rubbed down painted and nonslipped, wood treated, new stanchion bases & 5mm life lines, new markelon windows & 2 moonlight hatches fitted, anchor roller & windlass 25lbs, CQR, new 35lb fisherman with 12m chain & warp, danforth. Mast & boom – new stainless and running rigging, mast, boom, spinnaker pole, whisker pole, painted, re-riveted. Mast steps and 2 winches, new tricolour anchorlight, lazy jacks & sailcover twin track heavy duty roller furling, sails new 240ft, genoa + uv panel, storm jib, chute, all lines to cockpit. Galley forward is water tank 25g with large storage above then 10ft long work surface with sink drainer, twin burner grill and oven plus portable electric 2 ring hob, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, and masses of storage, fresh or salt water pump, 2 double sockets 240v, fridge 12v cooler type, crockery, utensils etc included. Heads – forward is water tank 25g, sea toilet, wash basin (fresh or salt water pump), hatch in deckhead port in hull, ample storage. Charts – chart size table facing aft giving heads access, 4 x 12v sockets, chart light, log, navtex, marine charger, 3 x switch panels, battery switch, large chart storage hanging locker, radio cassette. Saloon – facing settees with underneath storage, converts to large double 6 240v sockets, LCD tv with boosted aerial, 4 lights, 12v + 240v light, re-carpeted 2009. 220 Watt invertor. Aft cabins – 2 large double berths, storage areas, double 240v socket + 12v light in each. Cockpit – two thirds enclosed, cable helm steering, self steering autohelm, depth sounder, wind speed indicator, fish finder, echo sounder, contest compass, VHF, Garmin 162 Chartplotter, EPERB, liferaft, 2 large bilge pumps. Avon dinghy. Sea Urchin is in excellent condition and has been well maintained. In France (Canal du Midi) at the moment but can return if required. Asking price €32,000.
