Electric flush toilet in heads, wash basin.

This is a pretty original example of the classic David Thomas designed Elizabethan 30.
That is to say she is both pretty and original.
One owner from new puts her into a very small and exclusive club of boats which have been able to deliver continued good service to their owners to the point that they don't need to change up or down for 25 years.
A great passage-maker with few frills,
she adheres to the principles of simplicity in form and function.
I am sure she will appeal to purists of the sailing fraternity and newcomers alike.

This is a very competitive yacht with an excellent winning record both offshore and around the cans. Built in GRP by Peter Webster. Masthead Sloop Sailing Yacht. British Register No 338334 Sail No GBR 773
Accommodation:
Fore cabin with 2 full length single berths with lockers under, forehatch and 2 cabin lights. Main Saloon with full single berth to port and starboard, both with lee sheets and stowage space under. Storage cupboards and shelves/racks over. Folding table with wine store. Heads amidhsips with PAR toilet to port, sink with electrically pumped water to starboard. Hanging lockers behind both sink and toilet. Galley consist of cooker, 2 rings, grill and oven. Food cupboard and cool box.
Nav area: Chart table with chart storage and navigators seat, instruments fitted on adjoining bulkheads.
Navigation:
Wind speed, Direction and Close Hauled. Log + Amplified Speed. Depth Sounder. Bulkhead Steering Compass. Clock and barometer. VHF Radio telephone - Aerial fitted with 'windex' wind vane. 2 x Nav table working lights. Masthead tricolor/anchor lights. Lower Nav lights on pulpit and stern. Peter Webster's first production boat, and one of the first ever production GRP designs, the Elizabethan 29 was drawn by CR Holman in 1960. Based on the clinker-built Stella class, she is a stiff, fast cruiser racer, equally happy being driven hard or pottering with the family. long-keeled, narrow beamed and elegant hull 5ft 1O inches headroom. She has four berths, a separate heads compartment and basic cooking and navigating areas. She is generally strongly built, and represents good value for money.
ENGINE: Yanmar 1 GM10 Diesel. New 2000. Water cooled. 3 fixed blade propeller. 6 Gallon fuel tank. Battery . Max speed 6 knots, cruising speed 5 knots. Shaft driven.
ACCOMMODATION: Four Berths in two Cabins. Max 5ft 10ins headroom. double in the forward cabin and 2 singles in the main saloon. There is a cold water supply. Sea toilet located in its own compartment.
DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT: New upholstery in 1997. In the Galley there is a Spinflow - 3 burner Gas hob and a single sink with pumped water taps
SPARS, RIGGING & SAILS: Standing rigging replaced 1997. Crusader Dactom mainsail. Crusader spinnaker. Genoa. Storm jib. Stainless steel pre-stretched polyester Bermudan rigging.
